Time to hit the road again! We packed up and left our hotel at around 9am (a little later since we had a late night). Before we got to the border, we stopped at the Canada Welcome Center that was all about dinosaurs. Elijah seemed to be more interested in playing in the "caves" with his cousins instead...

We spent the night in Helena, Montana.
Day Eight
We continued through Montana, Idaho, and into Utah. We had a bit of a scary moment when we entered Provo, UT. A car crashed a few lanes over as we were driving, flipped over on its top and skidded over into the center divider. It just missed the car with my parents, Jenn and Darrick and their kids by an inch. We watched it in our rearview mirror. They were pretty shaken up. It was scary, but God's protection was great.

We ate at Fuddruckers for dinner and then went for a swim in the pool at our hotel before going to bed. Natalie really liked the taste of chlorine...who knew?

In the courtyard of the hotel, they had an Amish Country Gazebo!!! Totally sweet. I used to work at Amish Country building gazebos when I was in high school :)

Day Nine
We got up early and travelled for a long time. It was really hot driving through the desert. We stopped at a rest area in Nevada and it was 110 degrees! Hot! Hot! Hot! Good thing for air conditioning that works! We made it home at 7:30pm and there was a "welcome home" sign made with chalk in our walkway entrance. What nice friends we have :) It was good to be home.

It was a great trip and nice vacation! Thanks for taking the journey with us :)
